Wigan Warriors R.L.F.C. is a professional rugby league club based in Wigan, Greater Manchester, England. The club competes in the Super League and are the current Super League Champions and World Club Challenge Champions.
Wigan is the all-time most successful club in English rugby league. Wigan has won 21 League Championships, including 4 Super League Grand Finals, 19 Challenge Cups and 4 World Club Challenge trophies. Wigan had a notable and historic period of sustained success from the mid-80s to the mid-90s, winning the Challenge Cup eight seasons in succession and the League Championship seven season in succession.
